Morning Time
When you go into your child’s room, cuddle them and say: “Good morning, [child’s name]! Guess who loves you? (listen to all the guesses) You’re right! All of those people love you. And God loves you too! God loves you so, so, so much!”
Cuddle Time
Cuddle with your child and pray: “God, You love [child’s name] so much, and You have good things for them to do. Please help [child’s name] see the good things and do them.”
Drive Time
While on the go, look for things that grow in a garden. (flowers, fruits, vegetables, herbs, trees, etc.) Talk about how God had good things for Adam and Eve to do, like work and care for the garden, and God has good things for us to do too.
Bath Time
Add toy fruits and vegetables and toy garden tools to bath time. Encourage your child to pretend they are working in a garden, while they take a bath. Talk about how working in a garden was part of God’s plans for Adam and Eve.

As your kid starts their day, remind them about a time you saw them do something new or something that they were afraid to do, but they did it anyway.
Meal Time
At a meal this week, have everyone at the table answer this question: “What is something happening soon that you are preparing for? Do you feel ready to do it? How can God help you do that hard thing?”
Drive Time
While on the go, ask your kid: “What is something you were afraid to do or try, but you did it anyway?”
Bed Time
Pray for each other: “God, sometimes I see all the things I can’t do instead of remembering all the things I can do. Help me to realize that whatever You ask me to do, I don’t have to do alone. You’re with me, and I can have courage because of it.”
